Rock Me, Bartimaeus

We met last Monday and discussed The Amulet of Samarkand, the first book in the Bartimaeus trilogy, until after 8:30. It was a good time. It was also just me and two first-timers. I look forward to many more discussions with the two of them, but I also hope to see some of you "old-timers" back to join us in July. Neither of two knew anything about Gryphons & Dragons, they just knew how much they love the Bartimaeus books and wanted a chance to discuss them with like-minded readers. We're discussing the second book in the series, The Golem's Eye, July 9. Stop by the library to pick up your copy(ies).
